CenDDA – Algarve Dance Documentation Centre builds a living record of dance through written, visual and sound documentation. At Pedra Dura, part of this body of work opens to the public. CenDDA temporarily becomes a space for exhibition, consultation, encounters and discovery, bringing documents from its collection into dialogue with the works, artists, audiences and questions that run through the Festival. The archive thus ceases to be merely something that preserves: it becomes material for conversation, thought, experimentation and imagination.
